8月17日，来凯医药-B（02105）公告称，根据截至2026年6月30日止六个月（下称“报告期间”）的初步未经审计综合管理账目，公司预计：
1. 报告期间收入约为人民币1.45亿元至1.55亿元，去年同期收入为零。
2. 报告期间综合净亏损不多于人民币5百万元，去年同期综合净亏损约为人民币1.3亿元，亏损按年大幅减少约96%。
公司表示，收入增加及亏损显著收窄主要由于与Vasque Bio, Inc.就LAE118以及与齐鲁制药有限公司就LAE002（afuresertib）签订独家许可协议所确认为收入。
来凯医药-B补充，目前仍在就2026年中期业绩进行最终定稿，相关数据尚未经过审计委员会及核数师审阅。公司预计将在2026年8月25日公布正式中期业绩。
