2026年6月23日，泉峰控股有限公司（02285）公布翌日披露报告，披露于香港联交所场内回购15万股普通股，占当日公司已发行股本约0.029%。本次回购价格介乎每股15.73港元至16.33港元，合计支付约239.97万港元。
公司公告显示，截至本次回购完成后，泉峰控股的已发行股本仍为511,053,811股，库藏股数暂为0。公司于2026年5月18日通过回购股份的授权，授权可回购的剩余股份数目为51,105,381股。公告同时称，泉峰控股已在本交易所累计回购1,300,000股股份，占该回购授权通过当日已发行股份总数约0.2544%。
公司确认此次回购事项已获公司董事会正式授权并遵守上市规则及相关法律法规。报告由联席公司秘书兼首席财务官胡以安签署。
