CITIC (00267) has issued an announcement stating that CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. publicly issued 50 million convertible corporate bonds on February 25, 2022. The bonds, abbreviated as Zhongte Convertible Bonds with the code 127056, will pay the fourth-year interest at face value on February 25, 2026. The interest for every 10 bonds, with a face value of RMB 1,000, is RMB 13.00 (including tax).
