E-House (China) Enterprise Holdings Limited announced a refreshed corporate governance line-up that will take effect on 31 August 2026. The Board will comprise 10 directors—three executive, three non-executive and four independent non-executive members—underscoring a balanced governance framework.
Executive Directors • Zhou Xin remains Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and will also chair the Nomination Committee. • Huang Canhao continues as Vice Chairman. • Cheng Li-Lan, Ph.D., serves as an executive director and joins the Nomination Committee.
Non-Executive Directors • Chen Daiping, Zhou Tianfeng and Xu Wenya retain their non-executive roles, with Zhou Tianfeng appointed to the Audit Committee.
Independent Non-Executive Directors • Zhang Bang becomes Chairman of the Audit Committee. • Zhu Hongchao assumes chairmanship of the Remuneration Committee and gains a seat on the Audit Committee. • Wang Liqun joins all three Board sub-committees—Audit, Remuneration and Nomination. • Li Jin takes positions on both the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
