Kimou Environmental Holding Limited (06805) released its monthly return for equity issuers for October 2025. According to the report, the total authorized share capital remains at 1.68 billion ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.1 each, amounting to HKD 168 million in total. The number of issued shares also remains unchanged at 1.10775 billion, with no treasury shares recorded.
No movements in share options were reported under the company’s share option scheme adopted on 18 June 2019. The potential number of shares issuable under the scheme stays at 112 million. All other sections of the monthly return showed no changes for the reporting period.
