沪上阿姨（02589）7月24日公告称，根据对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步审阅，预计期内录得溢利约3.04亿元至3.25亿元，同比增幅约50%至60%。去年同期溢利为2.03亿元。
公司同期预计录得经调整溢利（非国际财务报告准则计量）约3.31亿元至3.56亿元，较去年同期的2.44亿元增长约36%至46%。经调整溢利主要扣除以股份为基础的付款开支及就全球发售产生的上市开支。
董事会指出，盈利增长主要得益于集团持续推进多品牌战略、稳步拓展门店网络，以及以消费者为中心持续丰富产品矩阵、拓宽消费场景带动收入增长。同时，精细化运营管理和规模效应进一步提升了整体盈利能力。
公司提醒投资者，以上数据基于未经审计的管理账目，最终业绩有待独立核数师审阅及董事会审计委员会审议。集团将于2026年7月底前发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩公告。
