UiPath Inc. shares fell 5.01% in after-hours trading on Wednesday, reversing an initial post-earnings gain. The automation software company had reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results after the market close.
The company's Q4 revenue of $481 million surpassed the analyst consensus estimate of $464.5 million. Annual recurring revenue (ARR) reached $1.85 billion, up 11% year-over-year. However, the subsequent sell-off suggests investor concerns may be centered on the company's forward-looking guidance.
For the first quarter of fiscal 2027, UiPath projected revenue between $395 million and $400 million, slightly above consensus estimates. More notably, it forecast non-GAAP operating income of approximately $80 million for Q1, a significant sequential decline from the $150 million reported in Q4. For the full fiscal year 2027, revenue is expected to be in the range of $1.754 billion to $1.759 billion.
