Extrawell Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (the “Company”) has announced the resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Mr. Fang Lin Hu, effective 20 January 2026. Mr. Fang, who served in this capacity since June 2001, is stepping down due to advanced age and personal commitments. The Company expressed gratitude for his long-standing service and valuable contributions.

Effective on the same date, the Company has appointed Ms. Yang Xiaorong as a new INED. According to the announcement, Ms. Yang, aged 54, obtained her MBA from China Europe International Business School in 2014 and a bachelor’s degree in Administration & Political Science from Fudan University in 2005. She has significant experience in private equity, risk management, and the design of governance structures. Her previous roles include serving as general manager at East Malu Industrial Development Zone in Jiading District, Shanghai, and working as a director of the Foreign Investment Office in the same district. Ms. Yang has served as partner at Shanghai Ruishi Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. since 2016 and is also secretary general of the CEIBS Jiading Alumni Association.

Following these board-level changes on 20 January 2026, Ms. Yang is additionally appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee. Concurrently, existing INED Ms. Jin Song will become the new chairman of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Ms. Yang will hold the INED position until the Company’s next annual general meeting and will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$70,000.
