KINGSOFT CLOUD (03896) surged nearly 10%, rising 9.76% to HK$8.99 at the time of writing, with trading volume reaching HK$1.558 billion.

According to KINGSOFT CLOUD's second quarter 2025 financial results, the company reported Q2 revenue of RMB 2.35 billion, representing a 24.2% year-over-year increase. Public cloud services generated revenue of RMB 1.63 billion, up 31.7% year-over-year, while industry cloud services contributed RMB 720 million in revenue, marking a 10.1% year-over-year growth.

During the quarter, AI had a positive impact on the company's core business operations, driving strong overall performance growth for the company.

Bank of America published a research report stating that AI development is driving robust growth in public cloud business. In the data center and public cloud sectors, the bank remains optimistic about KINGSOFT CLOUD, noting that the company's performance exceeded expectations driven by strong AI demand. The bank maintained a "Buy" rating with a target price of HK$10.6.
