Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. has issued an updated announcement on its final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, confirming a cash distribution of HKD 0.72 per share while revising key timetable details.

The HKD-denominated dividend, classified as ordinary and subject to shareholder approval at the 26 June 2026 annual general meeting, remains unchanged in amount. However, the company has adjusted the following dates:

• Ex-dividend date: 19 August 2026 • Last day and time to lodge share transfer documents: 20 August 2026 at 16:30 • Book-closure period: 21 August – 27 August 2026 • Record date: 27 August 2026

The payment date will be announced separately. Shareholders whose names appear on the register by 27 August 2026 will be entitled to receive the dividend. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited continues to serve as the share registrar.

No withholding tax applies to the declared dividend, and the update does not affect the HKD 0.72 per-share payout previously disclosed.
