亨利加集团有限公司（股票代码：03638）于2026年3月5日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于同日在香港联交所场内回购股份共计5,000股，每股回购价为11.4港元，合计耗资约57,000港元。
本次回购的股份数约占此前已发行股本的0.01%，回购后公司已发行股本仍维持在77,423,775股，因该部分回购股份尚未注销。根据公司于2025年9月25日通过的股份购回授权，公司可回购上限为7,742,377股。截至本次回购，公司共计已回购205,000股，占上述授权日公司已发行股本约0.26%。
公司表示，所有股份回购均符合相关上市规则及法律规定。公告由公司董事张烈云签署。
