Regulator Approves Closure of HSBC Village Bank in Beijing's Miyun District

On September 4, according to a public notice from the Beijing Financial Regulatory Bureau, approval has been granted for the dissolution of Beijing Miyun HSBC Village Bank Co., Ltd.

The regulatory filing confirms that the bank has already transferred its outstanding deposit and loan operations to the Beijing branch of HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited prior to the closure.

This move marks the end of the village bank's standalone operations in the Miyun district, with all existing customer business now consolidated under the larger HSBC China network.
