中国民航信息网络(00696)宣布，于2026年6月26日举行的股东周年大会上，已正式批准派发截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息，每股人民币0.276元（含税）。
本次股息派发对象为2026年7月10日营业时间结束时名列公司股东名册的H股及内资股持有人。公司将于2026年7月7日至7月10日（含首尾两日）暂停办理股份过户登记。
H股股东将获派股息以港元支付，按中国人民银行于股息宣派日前一个公历星期公布的人民币兑港元平均汇率中间价折算，每股H股应付股息为0.31734港元（税前）。H股支票预计于2026年9月24日或前后寄发；内资股股东可自2026年9月24日起联络公司领取股息。
在代扣税安排上，H股个人股东一般按10%税率代扣代缴个人所得税，但相关税收协定另有规定的除外；非居民企业股东按10%税率代扣企业所得税。通过沪深港通投资的内地个人投资者，公司将按20%税率代扣个人所得税，内地企业投资者则需自行申报缴纳。
