公告显示，若从2026年5月13日至2026年7月14日合计计算，威高集团已累计购入公司H股30,552,400股，占公司已发行H股股份总数约0.68%，占公司已发行股份总数约0.67%，累计成交金额约为1.01亿港元。
本次增持后，威高集团合计持有公司2,130,308,076股H股，占公司已发行H股股份总数的47.11%，占公司已发行股本总数的46.61%。
