2026年10月5日，现代牧业（01117）发布截至2026年9月30日止月份之证券变动月报表。公告显示，公司法定股本总数仍为100亿股，面值为每股0.1港元，相当于注册股本10亿港元，与上月保持一致。
本报告期内，公司已发行股本为7,915,662,048股，库存股数量为0，与上月相同；公司同时确认满足公众持股量相关要求，股本结构整体维持稳定。公司无股份购回、注销或库藏股增加情形。
根据公司与中国农垦产业发展基金（有限合伙）于2024年2月1日签订的购股权协议，公司可向中墾基金授予以2.06港元每股认购价行使的购股权，假设该购股权全部行使，将相应配发共计339,300,268股普通股。目前在本报告期内并未实际行使该购股权，已发行股份数尚未发生变化。
