2026年2月10日，民生教育集团有限公司(01569.HK)发布公告，更新此前就提供贷款所涉及的关联交易及须予披露交易事项。该公司曾于2018年12月26日、2019年1月4日、2019年6月27日、2023年7月28日及2023年9月3日陆续就相关贷款协议发布公告。
民生教育集团在公告中提及，与重庆悦诚和励德国教在就贷款协议方面存在争议，目前正通过中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会(CIETAC)以仲裁形式解决。期间，开曼群岛大法院于2023年8月作出一项禁令，禁止民生职业教育有限公司在仲裁结果作出前执行股权质押，该禁令截至本次公告发布仍然有效。
公司方面表示，已向开曼群岛上诉法院和樞密院司法委員會提出上诉，要求撤销上述禁令，但未获得支持，执行股权质押的限制继续维持。公司将视该仲裁后续进展再予以公布，并提醒股东与潜在投资者审慎进行证券交易。
