LANCANG TEA (06911) announced that on May 26, 2026, the company, as the borrower, entered into a loan agreement with Agricultural Bank of China Limited, as the lender. According to the agreement, the lender has agreed to provide the company with a term loan facility with a maximum principal amount of RMB 24.3 million.
