On 30 September 2026, AI Energy Engineering Holdings Limited—formerly Kingland Group Holdings Limited—confirmed that its 2026 Interim Report is now available on both the company’s website (www.aienergy.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Cao Yifan, recommends stakeholders review the online version to facilitate timely access and support paperless communication.

Non-registered shareholders encountering difficulty with electronic access, or preferring hard copies, can request free printed versions of the current and all future corporate communications by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be submitted via email to 1751-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage.

Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd. can switch to electronic delivery by supplying a functional email address to their intermediary. Until such an address is registered, notices of online publication will be dispatched in printed form only.
