恒隆地产于2026年4月9日发布2026年3月股份变动月报表。本报告期内，公司总股本保持5,056,646,442股，与上月底结存数一致，未发生任何新增发行、购回或注销股份。
报告显示，恒隆地产并无法定股本，且本月并未出现库藏股变化。现有两项股份期权计划分别于2012年4月18日和2022年4月27日获股东大会通过，其中分别有554,000份和278,000份期权在本月内失效，但并未因此发行新股或转让自库藏股份。
截至2026年3月31日，公司确认已符合香港联交所对于适用公众持股量的相关要求，股本总数依旧为5,056,646,442股。上述月报由公司秘书马婉华签署。
