中国食品(00506)在6月9日举行的股东周年大会上，以投票表决方式正式通过截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息方案，每股派息人民币0.154元。该议案获99.99%高票赞成。
此次末期股息将按1.00元人民币兑1.1505港元的汇率折算为港元派付，折合每股约0.177港元。除净日为2026年6月15日，股权登记日为6月18日，股息预计于7月8日或前后向登记在册的股东发放。为厘定获派股息资格，公司将于6月17日至18日暂停办理股份过户登记手续。
代扣代缴安排方面，根据中国税务相关规定，公司作为中国居民企业，在派息时须为非居民企业股东代扣代缴10%企业所得税；自然人股东则无需就此股息代扣代缴个人所得税。名列股东名册且属于中国境内居民企业的股东，如需豁免代扣代缴，可在6月16日前向股份过户登记处提交相关税务机关证明文件。
