浦江中国(01417)公告显示，董事会已提出一项股份购回计划，拟授予董事按香港上市规则及开曼群岛公司法等法规，在指定期间最多回购公司已发行股本（不含库存股份）10%的股份。该公司目前已发行股本总额为4.05亿股，授权若获通过，回购规模可达4050万股。
公司表示，购回所需资金将来自溢利或股份溢价账户等合法来源。董事会认为，适时回购可优化资本结构及提升股东回报，符合公司及股东整体最佳利益。该回购授权将于股东批准后生效，并于下届股东周年大会结束或适用期限届满时失效。
股东周年大会定于2026年6月11日举行。公司将于6月8日至6月11日暂停办理股份过户登记，股权登记名册的记录日期为6月11日。届时将就上述股份购回计划进行正式表决。公司提醒，完成回购后可选择将回购股份作为库存股份持有或予以注销，具体根据市场情况和资本管理需求而定。
