UNI PRINTSHOP (08448) has released a statement detailing significant changes to its board and management team, effective from August 1, 2026.

According to the announcement, several current directors will resign on that date. Ms. Li Shuang, Mr. Gao Rong, and Mr. Li Zhenwu are stepping down as executive directors. Mr. Lin Chengda will resign from his roles as executive director, chairman of the board, and chief executive officer, as well as from his positions as the company's authorized representative under the GEM Listing Rules and under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Changes are also occurring among the independent non-executive directors. Mr. He Jiaming will resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit, nomination, and risk management committees. Similarly, Ms. Su Shuyun will resign as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit, remuneration, and risk management committees.

Concurrently, new appointments will take effect on the same date. Mr. Chen Minghui will be appointed as an executive director, chairman of the board, and chief executive officer, also assuming the role of authorized representative. Mr. Meng Lei and Mr. Yan Yanchun will join as non-executive directors. Additionally, Mr. Wang Xinguo will become an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of the audit, nomination, and risk management committees. Ms. Cai Xinyan will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of the audit, remuneration, and risk management committees.
