公司董事会已采纳了一项有限期限的股东权利计划，以保护股东利益。
据悉，Plantro的收购提案包括每股4.75美元的现金对价。此外，该提案的对价还包括一家尚未成立的公共公司的股份，该公司将承载加拿大金融服务业务。
Plantro在其提案中对这家即将成立的新公共公司给出了每股5.50美元的估值。
目前，Dye & Durham正在对这一收购提案进行全面评估，公司表示将继续推进战略选择的审查进程。
