费哲金融服务 （Fiserv，代码：FI）周一公布了推出稳定币的计划，随着加密资产逐渐成为主流，该公司加入了越来越多探索该技术的美国公司行列。
这一消息是在美国参议院上周通过了一项具有里程碑意义的稳定币法案之后发布的。分析师表示，该法案可能标志着加密货币监管辩论的转折点，并为这个长期陷于监管不确定性的行业带来突破。
费哲金融服务表示，其稳定币 FIUSD 将在年底前整合到其现有的银行和支付基础设施中。该公司补充说，FIUSD 将依赖于由 Paxos 和 Circle Internet Corp. (CRCL) 提供的稳定币基础设施。
稳定币与美元等货币挂钩，旨在通过储备金支持保持价值稳定。它们曾只是加密货币的一个小众角落，如今因能提供免受价格波动影响的保护而广受欢迎。
金融科技公司和传统金融机构正越来越多地转向稳定币，以简化跨境支付、加快结算速度并扩大数字金融的覆盖范围。
TD Cowen的分析师表示：“我们认为（此次推出）是一个积极的信号，表明Fiserv有能力快速创新，并利用其在金融机构和商户之间的核心定位，将传统支付系统与新兴支付系统连接起来。”
Fiserv表示，已与PayPal (PYPL) 合作，旨在构建FIUSD与PayPal稳定币 (PYUSD) 未来的互操作性，使消费者和企业能够在国内外转移资金。
互操作性通常允许不同的稳定币跨平台运作，使用户能够无障碍地发送、接收或转换代币。
