首都创投有限公司（Capital VC Limited，股份代号：02324）在最新公告中披露，董事会已获股东周年大会授权可于适用期间内回购公司不超过已发行股份总数（不包括库存股份）10%的股数。该授权以通告通过之日起至股东下届周年大会结束或被股东撤销为止为限。
公告显示，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行股份总数为450,128,249股。董事会指出，回购股份的资金将依据开曼群岛相关法例及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则的规定，合法动用公司溢利或其他可用来源，认为在适当及有利时行使购回计划将有助于提升每股资产净值或每股盈利，并符合公司和股东的整体利益。
公告还披露，公司将于2026年3月30日（星期一）上午11时30分在香港皇后大道中99号中环中心12楼2室召开股东周年大会，并提醒股东在指定时间内办理过户手续。董事会建议股东及时行使表决权。
