新东方教育科技（集团）有限公司（09901）7月7日公告称，公司董事会将于2026年7月28日（星期二）召开会议，审议并批准公司截至2026年5月31日止三个月的未经审计业绩及其发布事宜。

根据公告，公司计划于2026年7月29日（星期三）（纽约时间）美国市场开市前，在香港联合交易所网站（www.hkexnews.hk）披露上述业绩。同日20时（香港时间）召开“新东方2026财年第四季度业绩公布电话会”，公司管理层将出席并就业绩情况进行讨论及答疑。
