2026年7月24日，海纳智能装备国际控股有限公司（01645，下称“海纳智能”）公布，公司已与其非全资附属公司晋江市元枢智能科技有限公司及深圳市人工智能与机器人研究院签订战略合作协议，合作期限三年。三方将共建“智能产线机器人联合实验室”，重点聚焦产线智能化升级、具身智能工业应用、视觉检测及数字孪生等技术领域的研发与成果转化。
公告指出，深圳市人工智能与机器人研究院自2019年成立以来，为深圳市政府依托香港中文大学（深圳）建立的市级十大基础研究机构之一，专注人工智能与机器人相关基础理论和原创技术研究。董事会表示，此次合作有助于海纳智能借助顶尖科研资源提升智能制造核心技术能力，并预期为集团创造额外收益。
海纳智能强调，上述战略合作协议为三方未来合作的基本框架，并未构成任何实质性权利与义务，具体合作条款及模式仍待进一步磋商并签订正式协议或安排。公司称，若有后续进展，将依据香港联交所《上市规则》适时发布公告，并提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
