Time Interconnect (01729) Announces Placement of 108.00 Million New Shares

Time Interconnect Technology Limited (01729) released a Next Day Disclosure Return dated 20 February 2026. According to the announcement, 108.00 million new ordinary shares were issued and allotted at HKD 15.22 per share under a placing agreement dated 10 February 2026.
The issuance increased the total number of issued ordinary shares from 1,983,231,404 to 2,091,231,404, representing a 5.45% increase over the previous issued share capital. The newly placed shares are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and carry the same rights as the existing ordinary shares.
