中国金融国际投资有限公司（简称“中国金融国际”）4月30日发布公告称，原计划于2026年4月30日或之前寄发的通函将延迟至5月15日或之前。
据此前公告披露，该通函内容包括股份合并详情、股份认购事项及认股权证认购事项资料、独立董事委员会就认股权证认购事项二及三致独立股东的意见函、独立财务顾问相关意见函，以及召开股东特别大会的通告。
公告指出，延迟寄发通函的原因是需要额外时间编制及落实通函内容。此次延迟将影响股份合并的预期时间表，公司表示将在切实可行情况下尽快刊发载有经修订预期时间表的公告。
中国金融国际同时提醒公司股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时审慎行事。
