Lithium battery concept stocks demonstrated robust performance today, with REPT BATTERO (00666) climbing 7.24% to HK$13.63. As of press time, CALB (03931) gained 6.72% to HK$26.38, TIANQI LITHIUM (09696) rose 6.1% to HK$41.7, and CATL (03750) advanced 2.33% to HK$429.8.

On the news front, feedback from the industrial chain indicates that leading battery cell manufacturers' energy storage production lines are operating at full capacity, with prices for certain energy storage battery cells beginning to rise. Analysts note that the lithium battery industry is entering its traditional peak season, with production scheduling across the supply chain increasing significantly. Independent energy storage is experiencing explosive growth following policy optimization, with full-year growth expected to approach 30%. Additionally, accelerating global AI infrastructure development has led to surging demand for AI data center supporting facilities, driving significant improvements in power system and liquid cooling technology requirements. Meanwhile, solid-state battery industry progress has exceeded expectations, with equipment suppliers seeing substantial order growth and industrialization processes continuing to accelerate.

Furthermore, major lithium battery manufacturers have reported notable improvements in financial performance. CATL recorded net profit attributable to shareholders of 30.485 billion yuan in the first half, representing a 33.33% year-on-year increase. CALB, REPT BATTERO, Zhengli New Energy, and other manufacturers have also successively released interim reports, all showing impressive results. Notably, REPT BATTERO announced that its energy storage battery shipments in the first half increased approximately 119.3% year-on-year, significantly outpacing the 78.5% growth rate of power battery shipments. Energy storage revenue accounts for over half of total revenue, with the company ranking first globally in residential energy storage battery cell shipments.
