根据公告，截至2025年9月30日止六个月，华盛国际控股有限公司实现营收同比下降19.3%，减少金额约38,600,000港元。同期净亏损（非公认会计准则口径）不少于41,000,000港元，相较去年同期的24,400,000港元亏损额进一步扩大，主要受到中国房地产市场低迷与建筑活动放缓等因素影响，导致混凝土产品需求下滑及原材料成本上升。同时，价格竞争也压缩了毛利水平，使毛利较上年同期减少约24,500,000港元。公告还显示，联营公司亏损的增加导致华盛国际控股份额损失约5,500,000港元，而借贷总额减少则让融资成本同比下降约5,800,000港元。

混凝土板块在报告期内的收入下滑成为主要拖累因素，因中国市场需求放缓及生产成本上行，造成营收和毛利分别出现明显收缩。
