China Power (02380) has announced that effective October 17, 2025, Mr. Wang Zichao has been appointed as the company's Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and authorized representative. He has also been designated as the Chairman of the company's Risk Management Committee, Strategy and Sustainability Committee, and Executive Committee. Concurrently, due to work arrangements, Mr. He Xi has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, Strategy and Sustainability Committee, and Executive Committee, and he will no longer serve as the company's authorized representative.
