Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection (1065) Releases Q3 2025 Results, Revenue Up 1.70% Year-to-Date

According to the Third Quarterly Report 2025, Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Group Company Limited (Stock Code: 1065) reported operating revenue of RMB 1.27 billion for the third quarter, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 8.36%. Year-to-date operating revenue reached RMB 3.45 billion, representing a 1.70% growth compared with the same period last year.

Net profits attributable to shareholders of the company for the third quarter stood at RMB 228.95 million, a 10.44% decrease from the same period of the previous year. From January to September, net profits attributable to shareholders rose by 3.59% year-on-year to RMB 701.87 million.

After deducting extraordinary items, net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 201.17 million for the third quarter and RMB 597.56 million year-to-date. The year-on-year changes for these figures were -16.09% and -3.84%, respectively.

Total assets amounted to RMB 26.11 billion as of 30 September 2025, a 3.80% increase compared with the end of the previous year. Owner’s equity attributable to the shareholders of the company grew by 4.45% to RMB 10.10 billion during the same period.

Management highlighted that net cash flow from operating activities for January to September was RMB 521.31 million, primarily affected by increased tax payments and operating expenses during the reporting period.
