德意志银行（DB）在周四夜盘交易中股价大涨5.08%，这一强劲表现主要得益于该行发布的第二季度财报超出市场预期。
根据德意志银行公布的财报，2025年第二季度该行实现净利润14.85亿欧元（约合17.5亿美元），远高于分析师预期的12亿欧元，更是扭转了去年同期1.43亿欧元的亏损。当季营收达到78.04亿欧元，与市场预期基本持平。这一亮眼业绩主要得益于固定收益与外汇交易业务的强劲表现，抵消了欧元升值及部分传统业务下滑的影响。
德意志银行首席执行官克里斯蒂安·西温表示，当前业绩"让我们有望实现2025年目标"，并称这是"清算之年"——该行正在推进三年计划的收官，并着手制定2026年财务目标。分部门来看，核心投资银行业务收入同比增长3%至27亿欧元，其中固定收益与外汇交易收入增长11%。然而，企业银行部门收入小幅下降1%，零售部门收入增长2%，略低于预期。尽管如此，德意志银行仍然维持了2025年约320亿欧元的全年收入预期。
