TSINGTAO BREW (00168) has announced that Ms. Zhang Ran has tendered her resignation from her positions as an independent non-executive director of the company's eleventh board of directors, chairperson of the board's audit and internal control committee, and member of the nomination and remuneration committee as well as the strategy and investment committee, citing personal work arrangements and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Following her departure, Ms. Zhang will no longer hold any positions within the company or its controlled subsidiaries.
