Following the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to appoint Guocheng Certified Public Accountants Limited (Guocheng) as the company's new auditor. This appointment fills the interim vacancy created by the resignation of Zhonghui Anda Certified Public Accountants Limited (Zhonghui Anda) and will take effect from January 30, 2026. Guocheng's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
