据公告，本公司全资子公司安泰国际投资集团（香港）有限公司及其持有的16间附属公司已注入一间合伙企业，交易收益约为人民币23.14亿元。交易完成后，本集团不再持有处于开发阶段的房地产业务，从而大幅降低了相关财务费用及预期负债拨备。该收益推动整体盈利水平在本财年上半年获得显著改善。
