Hong Kong stocks closed higher on Monday. The Hang Seng Index rose by 0.52%, the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index rose by 0.42%, the Hang Seng Tech Index rose by 0.13%.
The Hong Kong market will be closed early at 12:00 p.m. local time Monday, 16 Feburary 2026, and continued to close from Tuesday, 17 Feburary 2026 to Thursday, 19 Feburary 2026 local time for Chinese Lunar New Year.
Haizhi Tech up nearly 30%; Vobile Group up over 8%; Laopu Gold, CMOC up over 6%; China Gold Intl, Zijin Mining up nearly 5%.
