据外电报道， lululemon athletica （LULU）创始人 Chip Wilson 已发起一场委托权争夺战（proxy fight），要求对公司董事会进行改组。就在几天前，这家服装制造商刚刚宣布首席执行官 Calvin McDonald 将离职。
报道称，Wilson 已向 Lululemon 董事会提名三名董事候选人，包括：
On Running 前联席首席执行官 Marc Maurer，
ESPN 前首席营销官 Laura Gentile，
以及动视（Activision）前首席执行官 Eric Hirshberg。
知情人士补充称，Wilson 并不打算让自己重新进入董事会。
公司本月早些时候表示，现任首席执行官 McDonald 将于 1 月卸任。
