Tomson Group Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 26 August 2026 in Hong Kong to consider and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The notice, dated 13 August 2026, was issued by Company Secretary Lee Yuen Han.

The board currently comprises six members: Executive Directors Madam Hsu Feng (Chairman and Managing Director), Mr Albert Tong (Vice-Chairman) and Mr Tong Chi Kar Charles (Vice-Chairman); and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr Cheung Siu Ping, Oscar, Mr Lee Chan Fai and Mr Ng Chi Him.

The forthcoming meeting will focus primarily on the approval and release of the group’s consolidated interim financial statements for 1H 2026, providing stakeholders with an update on the company’s performance and financial position for the period.
