Astor Enerji公司宣布，其大股东Astor Holding已完成一笔大宗股权转让，向境外机构投资者出售了相当于公司股本5.99%的股份。此次交易于周二通过加速累计投标询价方式完成，涉及5980万股股票，每股作价187.5里拉。
该交易总收益达112亿里拉，定价较前一交易日收盘价折让约7.95%。花旗环球金融市场和汇丰银行担任本次交易的全球联席协调人和账簿管理人。股份全部售予土耳其境外的机构投资者。
这笔交易预计将以批发交易形式在伊斯坦布尔交易所执行，并在4月20日完成结算，具体时间取决于监管审批结果。减持后，Astor Holding在Astor Enerji的持股比例预计将降至近乎零，而公司流通股比例预计将升至约42.75%。
与此同时，Feridun Gecgel将继续持有公司约57.25%的股份，保持其作为Astor Enerji控股股东的地位。
