三生制药(01530)于2026年10月13日发布翌日报表公告，显示当日公司通过香港联交所场内回购股份80.00万股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）2,514,345,078股的0.03%。本次回购价格介乎每股14.50港元至14.60港元，合计耗资约1,165.00万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）降至2,513,545,078股，库藏股增至24,776,000股，公司已发行股份总数仍为2,538,321,078股。
公告显示，三生制药于2026年6月25日获股东大会通过购回股份授权，总数为253,707,141股，其中已回购23,763,000股。
公司于公告中确认，其已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规，本次公告由公司秘书黎少娟签署。
