Universal Health International Group Holding Limited (abbreviated as UNI HEALTH) reported no changes in its share capital structure for March 2026, according to the Monthly Return for Equity Issuer filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised and issued share capital • Authorised share capital held at 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.10, representing USD 50.00 million in authorised capital—unchanged from the previous month. • Issued ordinary shares closed the month at 110.55 million, identical to the February 2026 balance. • The company carried no treasury shares throughout the period.

Public-float status UNI HEALTH confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 per cent public-float requirement as at 31 March 2026.

Share-option position Two tranches under the 2013 Share Option Scheme remained outstanding: 1) 2.00 million options (exercise window 12 Sep 2017 – 11 Sep 2027). 2) 0.25 million options (same exercise window). No options were exercised, and no new shares were issued during March 2026.

No activity in warrants, convertibles, other share-issuance arrangements, or treasury-share movements was recorded for the month.
