新确科技有限公司（股份代号：01063，下称“新确科技”）发布公告称，因延迟寄发通函，公司对股份合并及更改每手买卖单位的预期时间表进行修订。
根据公告，新确科技建议按每5股现有股份合并为1股合并股份的基准实施股份合并，并在股份合并生效后，将每手买卖单位由10,000股现有股份调整为5,000股合并股份。
修订后的关键时间节点包括：寄发通函日期为2026年7月10日（星期五）或之前；交回股份过户文件以符合出席股东特别大会及投票资格的最后时间为2026年7月28日（星期二）下午四时三十分；股东特别大会拟于2026年8月3日（星期一）下午三时正举行。
股份合并及更改每手买卖单位相关安排的实施需待条件达成，其中股份合并生效日期为2026年8月5日（星期三），同日上午九时正开始买卖合并股份，原有以10,000股现有股份为每手买卖单位的柜位将暂时关闭，同时开放以2,000股合并股份为每手买卖单位的临时柜位（以现有股票形式）。2026年8月19日（星期三）上午九时正起，原有柜位将重开，以新每手买卖单位5,000股合并股份（以新股票形式）买卖，并开始并行买卖合并股份（新股票及现有股票形式），指定经纪同步开始提供合併股份碎股对盘服务。
公告同时提示，股份合併须待相关条件达成后方可作实，更改每手买卖单位亦须以股份合併生效为前提，因此相关安排可能不会进行。公司股东及潜在投资者在买卖股份时应审慎行事，如有疑问可咨询专业顾问。
