2026年8月12日，YGM贸易有限公司（00375）发布补充公告，就续聘核数师事项提供进一步信息。
公告显示，集团预计由毕马威提供的截至2027年3月31日止财年审计服务费用将介乎100万元至120万元（不包括实付费用）。
该区间低于截至2026年3月31日止财年的审计费用146.1万元。集团指出，2026年年中已出售YGM Retail Limited，且暂无业务扩张计划，预计新财年整体运营规模与复杂程度将低于上一财年，所需审计资源相应减少。
集团主营业务包括成衣批发及零售、商标拥有及授权、物业投资，以及安全印刷、一般商业印刷和印刷产品贸易。公告称，目前不存在重大收购、出售或采纳重大新会计准则等情况，预期不会对审计工作量产生显著影响。
董事会及审计委员会认为，上述审计费用估算公平合理，符合公司及全体股东整体利益。
