培力农本方有限公司（01498）7月17日晚间发布公告称，陈焯墁因需投入更多时间于其他商业承诺和工作安排，已辞去公司秘书及香港联交所《上市规则》第3.05条所规定的授权代表职务，同时不再担任根据香港《公司条例》第16部规定的授权代表，相关变动自2026年7月18日起生效。公告指出，陈焯墁与董事会并无意见不合，且与其离任相关的任何事宜均毋须另行通知联交所或股东。
董事会同日宣布，朱沛祺已获委任接替陈焯墁，出任公司秘书及授权代表，任命同样自2026年7月18日起生效。朱沛祺现年41岁，自2011年2月起为香港会计师公会会员，拥有逾15年会计及审计经验，并具备税务与内部监控相关背景，现亦担任其他联交所上市公司之公司秘书。公告确认其符合《上市规则》第3.28条对公司秘书的资格要求。
培力农本方董事会向陈焯墁在任期内的贡献表示感谢，并对朱沛祺的加盟表示欢迎。
