2026年2月6日，创业集团(控股)有限公司（02221）发布翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司根据2025年12月23日签订的认购协议，并在公司一般授权下，于2026年2月6日配发及发行合共34,240,000股股份。
上述发行股份数量占此前已发行股本（不包括库存股份）约17.55%，每股发行价为1港元。发行完成后，公司已发行股本由195,063,213股增至229,303,213股，库存股份维持为零。
