On July 18, 2025, Jiading International Group (08153) entered into a placement agreement with a placement agent. Under the terms, the agent will make best efforts to place up to 18,341,400 new shares to no fewer than six independent placees at HK$0.081 per share. Net proceeds from the placement are estimated at approximately HK$1.38 million, earmarked for general working capital purposes.
