Major Shareholder Silver Huang Divests 67.14 Million Shares in RUISEN LIFE SER (01922)

RUISEN LIFE SER (01922) announced that the board has received notification of a recent transaction in which Silver Huang Holding Limited, a company wholly owned by Huang Qingping, sold approximately 67.14 million shares, representing about 25.13% of the company's total issued share capital, to Chen Xiao. Following this share transfer, Chen Xiao holds a total of 67.14 million shares, constituting approximately 25.13% of the issued share capital and making him a major shareholder of the company. Silver Huang now holds a total of 10 million shares, about 3.74% of the issued share capital, and consequently ceases to be a major shareholder. Additionally, Huang Qingping, through Silver Huang and Silver Wutong Holding Limited, holds a combined total of approximately 13.9 million shares, about 5.20% of the issued share capital, and therefore is no longer the controlling shareholder of the company. Trading in the company's shares was suspended on the Stock Exchange at 9:04 a.m. on August 28, 2024, at the company's request, and will remain suspended until further notice.
