ASIA ENERGY LOG (00351) announced that on November 11, 2025, it granted a total of 169 million share options under its share option scheme. These options entitle holders to subscribe for shares at an exercise price of HK$0.308 per share. Among these, 19.5 million options were awarded to Mr. Sun Peng, an executive director.
